Navigate to the Order that you wish to Ship
Navigate to the Order that you wish to Ship and click the "Fulfill Order" button
Add the line items you wish to ship to the fulfillment article
Add the line items you wish to ship to the fulfillment article by clicking the "Add to Article" buttons.
If you have a barcode scanner, you can use your barcode scanner to add the line items to your fulfillment article.

Set the declared weight
Set the declared weight for the fulfillment article, either by entering it by hand, or using your shipping scales.
Set the declared dimensions
- Some Australia Post contracts require you to declare the dimensions of your fulfillment articles.
- If you're on one of these "cubic" contracts, you'll need to enter the dimensions.
- Dimensions can be automatically set based on your selected shipping stationery, or from the product's dimensions (if you ship it without stationery).
Scroll down to the live carrier rates
Scroll down to the live carrier rates section.
This will show you all the rates that your various shipping carriers are providing for your fulfillment articles.
These rates are live, and change depending on the parameters of the shipment, including the weight and dimensions of your packages.

Select the shipping method you would like to use
Click on the rate you'd like to use. You can also use one of our "barcode shortcuts" to do this.
Click the Fulfill Order & Print Documents button
Clicking the "Fulfill Order & Print Documents" button will create a new shipment with Australia Post, request a label, and fulfill the order in Shopify.
